After shipping The Last of Us Part II Remastered in late 2023, I moved to Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, where I worked primarily on player progression and other RPG systems. I pitched our core progression system and worked closely with other designers and directors to develop and iterate on the pitch, then built a prototype for it that included building a framework for other designers to add new content within the system. Our existing UI tools didn’t allow for the type of interface I wanted, so I also ended up scripting the associated UI myself.

Unfortunately I can’t say much more about the game until it’s released, but I promise it’s extremely cool.
